The Necessity of Deacons
Synopsis: Jesus ministered to the physical and spiritual needs of Israel, and the office of deacon was created so that the ministry of the church would not be neglected, either in word or deed. A healthy church equips the saints for ministry by meeting the needs of the church. Living in the fullness of Christ necessitates a full-bodied ministry.
