Jesus Invades Europe
Synopsis: The rich content of Paul’s epistle to the Philippians comes out of the rich context of the Lord’s kingdom coming on earth as it is in heaven. Philippi is where the Lord decided to first invade the continent of Europe and spread the citizenship of heaven to the gentiles in Macedonia. Paul was led to the city by Jesus and experienced profound examples of Jesus’ power as he demonstrated his authority over Caesar, claiming Philippi as part of his growing empire through Paul’s ministry.
