The Community of Love (John 3:16-18)
Sermon Overview:
The Triune God is a community whose driving vision, culture and character is love. Love is selflessness. Love is faithfulness. Love is compassionate. Love is Holy.
Each person of the Godhead reveals what love is, so we can be redeemed from our easy safe selfishness to love God and love one another so that our lives might be full of joy.
The Father gives and gives and gives. The Son gives and gives and gives. The Spirit gives and gives and gives.
And what they give is love.
