The sabbath was made so, once a week, man could rest from His work. To properly understand Sabbath Day observance, its crucial we understand what “rest” is biblically. To do that, we have to look at sabbath rest in the life of Jesus.

1. The Sabbath was made for Man
2. The Sabbath in the life of Jesus
Scripture Reading:
Genesis 2:2-3; Mark 1:21-34
