Luke: Jesus Loves His Enemies (Luke 6:27-31)
Sermon Overview:
Jesus helps us to understand the demands of the law in practical details, in order to bring us to the cross, die to ourselves and then find new life in the Spirit. Then we rise up and love like Jesus.
Sermon Outline:
1. As humans born in sin, this should expose us.
2. As those who know Christ, this should amaze us.
3. As those who have the Spirit, this love should come out of us.
Scripture Reading:
Matthew 5:38-48
