Luke: Repentance that Bears Fruit
Sermon Outline:
Luke 3:10-14
1. Sees oneself as a sinner before God
2. Feels conviction over what has been done
3. Confesses to God and appropriate other parties
4. Makes things right and changes conduct
Sermon Overview:
Repentance is central to our lives, and yet, it is often misunderstood. We are all called to repentance, we all will probably encounter people who have repented, and we sometimes will be asked to call others to repentance, however, it is something we can get completely wrong. It can be forged, and it can be feigned, but when we know the marks of sincere repentance we can be equipped to better deal with that which is fake.
Scripture Reading:
Ezekiel 33:10-16
