CloseSermon Overview:
John 1:4-10
God has brought us great light. He has given us his Son of light, and he has made us children of light. And as children of light we have been given an outstanding opportunity to shine that light into the city of Lynnwood. Our new facility positions us as a city on a hill, now we must take full advantage of our opportunity and ensure that our light shines far and wide as Christ is glorified through how we treat our city. Let us take what we have been given and shine so brightly that the kingdom of God spreads throughout all of Lynnwood and the greater Seattle area.
Sermon Outline:
1) The need for light
2) The blessing of light
3) The paradox of light
